Tech Stingers Softball Team Raising Funds

The Florence-Darlington Technical College Stingers' softball team is trying to raise some money during its first season.

The team is selling a Dining and Value Guide with coupons for many Pee Dee restaurants and businesses. These books are $20.00 and will provide more than $1700 in coupons (good through December 2005). White table restaurants to small town diners are represented in the book with huge savings at each business. For example, one fancy restaurant offers $10 off one entree if the coupon holder buys an entree at the regular price. The Coupon book is divided into fine dining, and casual restaurants. The remaining section contain coupons for may area businesses and services.
