Tech Stingers Sign Johnsonville High School Stand Out

The Tech Stingers didn’t have too far to go to sign their newest recruit. Adam Lawrimore is a stand out player for the Johnsonville Flashes baseball team. Lawrimore was joined recently by his family and Flashes coaching staff to sign his National Letter of Intent to play college ball for Tech next season.

Lawrimore is a pitcher and will play for the South Carolina high school all star team in June. The Stingers just wrapped up their inaugural season playing the National Junior College Athletics Association.

Larimore is the second Florence County high schooler to join the young Tech Stingers. Ryan Toniolo, an infielder from Kings Academy, signed his National Letter of Intent last month. Lawrimore and Toniolo join nine other high school student athletes who have committed to Tech for its second season.
